1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bitsec IT’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our site.
2. Use of Services
Bitsec IT provides software development, security auditing, and design services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Security Policy.
Restricted Activities
Attempting to breach our infrastructure, reverse-engineering our proprietary code, or using our services for malicious cyber activities is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property (IP)
Unless otherwise stated in a specific project agreement, Bitsec IT retains ownership of all foundational code, internal tools, and methodologies used during service delivery.
- Client Content: Clients retain all rights to their pre-existing data and brand assets.
- Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive a perpetual license to use the final project deliverables as outlined in their contract.
4. Payment & Refunds
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. We typically require a 50% upfront deposit to begin development. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or as specified in your agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Bitsec IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our services. While we build with a security-first mindset, no system is 100% unbreakable.
